Greetings, I need some support with this, few years ago i get FM3 Ultimate collection, but my xbox get the red lights, a lot of problems came and I couldnt get an 360 until now.
my FM3 game disc was brand new, it came with a promo code to get the lexus LFA and two other cars. when trying to redeem the code, i get a message saying the code is invalid. (i dont understand, because im sure the code has never been used before)
and one more thing, i cant purchase any content for forza 3 (some cars that the ultimate collection didnt have), I am starting a racing games review channel on youtube, and I wanted to work with all the forza titles, since the original forza (2005) to the lastest, but with missing content, the experience is not the same.
I contacted xbox support to see if the code problem could be solved with no success.
please, what can i do? i have xbox live gold.
All Forza Motorsport 3 DLC was removed from the marketplace a long time ago. Even if you have a code for the DLC you can’t download it because it no longer exists on the marketplace servers.
Being as you have the Ultimate Edition you’ll only be missing out on handful of cars. I know it’d be nice to have all of the cars, but unfortunately that just isn’t an option anymore.
If you were to start playing Forza Motorsport 2, then you’ll see it’s not even possible any more to get all achievements, as the auction house was shut down. In Forza Motorsport 4 it’ll be immensely hard to get a unicorn car to make the achievement pop. What I’m trying to say is that if you want to be a completionist, you’re gonna have a bad time.
this sucks. I am the guy who drives everything, everywhere and I enjoy every second of it, I love comparisons, stats, facts, etc.
I would be glad if there is some option to buy everything or get everything but it seems is not possible. I hope this change in the future, i remember a time where unicorn cars didnt exist and you get a full game since the beginning, not the half in a disc and the other half in DLC you need to pay for.
I was faithful for a forza 4 ultimate version, but I spent a whole day buying and downloading every pack I could get, season pass, vip, etc. and still missing some cars.

So let me get this straight - If I have a brand new, unused VIP membership code for FM3, I can’t get the “unicorn” cars that are contained within to import into FM4?
