Hello I bought Forza 7 Ultimate Edition before Christmas and with the game I did not receive the Hooligan car pack. I then tried to by a hooligan car from market place and it will not let me and then I tried to buy it separately and it would not let me. Please write me back because the main reason I got Forza 7 is for the Hooligan car pack and Ken Block cars and driver suit.

But it seems some people are still getting it as long as they buy digital
It’s included for all 3 digital editions in the Microsoft store at this moment, so everyone buying one of them has every right getting it I would think.

Yeah, not sure what the deal is but it seems to be included now in digital purchases.
Might be the problem for the OP, there seems to be a period that it was not included. Best way to sort it out is contacting Microsoft support I think.

Anyway it’s now back, good to know. Not for me, but others may be enticed to buy this “masterpiece” now.
