I have Forza Motorsport 7 standard edition and cannot get the hooligan car pack. Please help turns 10 been a fan of this game ever since it was released but lately with the last few games that you guys have been coming out with I’ve been having problems. Why are so many of us having problems getting the hooligan car pack
The Hoonigan car pack was available through a digital pre-order version only

The only people having problems getting the hoonigan pack are the ones that never bought the game digitally
Since it was a digital only promotion pack
If you have microsoft rewards apparently you can use your myVip diamonds or whatever to get the pack
Or if lucky you can win the pack in other promotions
