Honest cry for action to developers

I’d like to express my thoughts without any harsh words. Developers, are you aware of the current situation? It seems that the latest Forza instalment has significant issues and bugs, more so than any previous game in the franchise. Is there a reason why we haven’t seen a few post-release patches to address these problems? It’s disheartening to spend 100€ on a game only to find it unplayable at times (like you buy a car and the game gets stuck in “transferring to the garage” and requires a force termination).

The game is plagued by various issues, such as visual glitches (like a pitch-black band around the car in a cloudy day), multiplayer problems, and connectivity issues (like after a session ends it’s stuck in “getting the list of sessions”). It’s important to note that all this can be fixed and doesn’t resemble a finished game… The release should have been delayed as such problems should be unacceptable for a AAA game! What happened to the promises you made to your loyal fans? When will we see the patches?

Additionally, the early access period allowed for a glimpse of the game’s potential, but it appears that many pre-existing issues remained unresolved by the official release on the 10th. Despite being labelled as “next-gen” it’s evident that the car models have not advanced significantly and, in some instances, older cars may have even regressed?! While the lighting has improved, the quality of car models and some textures/decals appears to be on par with Forza Motorsport 4.

I hope that you will take these comments as constructive feedback and consider addressing these concerns to deliver the gaming experience that fans expect and deserve. :handshake:

p.s. The game is great, it has huge potential to be the best in the series but ray tracing and 60fps are not enough when you encounter all the issues we now have…

Forza Motorsport has to change to something more hardcore and invest in esports to be relevant…

Its a sad time in gaming when a AAA developer backed by one of the biggest tech giants in the world cannot simply interact with their community to ANY degree. Radio silence is not and has not been the best way for devs to operate yet they still do it? This is the direct result of ignoring and washing out the community for years and as per usual WE the community have to pay, not the devs who released a half baked product.
