Ran a Chevy Nova for a 1.25.907, maybe not the fastest but definitely the best looking car out of this division. 70 challenger looks cool as well.
Don’t really have the time (or just dont wanne do it haha) to make the track logo, but still made a livery
on the 1972 Chrysler VH Valiant Charger R/T E49 just without the track logo.
(Title: HLC #22 MIAMI)

Took some time off to focus on life and mess around with the race regs hopper. Back this week. 1:26.993 in the Nova. Definitely another 1/3 of a second in it with some work. I had been looking to tune the Nova, so this was a good excuse. It really didn’t need a whole lot of changes though. Biggest thing was Brake Bias down to 40% rear to get it to trail brake. Tune shared, wheel based.
I love the Challenger, GTX, and SuperBee, just don’t think they are better on this track. I’ll play around with them. SuperBee might be good here.
1:27.779 so far in the Valiant, with haulmarc’s tune. Lots of nice cars in this division, still working on my HQ Monaro and will try a build on the other Monaro too. The SuperBee is looking good too.
thx bud! took your fb and retuned. hlc v2 tune shared. gl

1.25.907 In Chevy Nova 69, Holden Monaro came close with a grip build but wasn’t quick enough for a PB, Il share both tunes.

1:26.664 with the Monaro. Tuned shared as “HLR HLC V2”
I think I’m going to bow out, at least for a while. Heading towards work-on-the-cars/yard/house season (OK, fine; it’s been there a month or more and I’ve been willfully ignoring it) and there are other games that are bogarting my free time right now. Was fun racing with/against you guys, and thanks again to the HLR guys for running the show. I expect I’ll pop back in at some point.
Thanks for being a part of this…enjoyed reading your posts as well. Have a great summer and see you back in the fall…at least I hope so😏
1:34.436
Gonna have to take a knee here…
Official time… HLR BURNINASPHALT… Homestead Miami… Chrysler Valiant… 1:31:993 ![]()
1:26.784 in the superbee. tune shared. just as quick as the valiant but much easier to drive.
1:30.985 in the Super Bee. Wish I had a bit more time. Love the muscle cars
Despite the holiday season we were pleased with the 44 driver turnout at Homestead, Thanks to everyone that ran, and welcome back Beermachine66.
The Classic Street Muscle division turned out to be remarkably balanced at A600, with the majority of the cars capable of setting competitive times. No doubt Rich could have won this event in any car of his choosing LOL.
At the end of the week Rich was the only driver to make the top 10, but HLR LIVIN, KiNgOfClOuT, AMS Ven0M, and HLR Bubba joined him in the top 20 with sub 1:26 times. Great driving guys.
Here is a snapshot of the final standings:
