Hi, is there anyone that can match the Soul Crystal Red paint from the 2016 Mazda MX5?
I tried my best at matching & i can never get it anywhere near close enough.

How does this look? It’s two-tone polished with a base of 0.98, 1.00, 0.48 and a highlight of 0.97, 1.00, 0.76.
It’s a bit tricky to match from a variety of online pictures, but this is a fair guess.
I’ve put it in the Horizon Festival booth as Winter is a bit gloomy at present

That looks pretty darn good… Wish we could create an up to date database/spreadsheet of manufacturer paint colors, like the Mazda color you’ve made… There is a spreadsheet/database , with the hue/saturation/brightness values, needed to make all sorts of manufacturer paint colors, but, it is 7 years out of date, created after FM4 was released. I’m sure many folks would love Nardo grey on their GT3RS or Verde Hydra on their Huracan, for example, but can’t figure out the exact H/S/B needed, in order to accurately recreate it; that’s where an up to date paint color database would come into play. I’d love if painters could get together and make this happen and would be more than willing to help out, as I love to recreate IRL paint colors, in my spare time.

Whoa that looks real good, I’ll apply this once i get home from work. I’ve spent the last 2 days trying & that’s much better than what I’ve managed to make.

Can anybody help with Saros Blue?
I suspect the manufacturer colour for the McLaren 720S that’s second from last (before the white one), is supposed to be Saros Blue, however, it is a bit flat.
Here’s my attempt at it. It’s two-tone polished with a base of 0.57, 0.39, 0.17 and a highlight of 0.57, 0.31, 0.60.
Again, it’s always tricky to match from online pictures.

As I have mentioned, I like to recreate real-world paint colors in Forza. There is even a whole thread dedicated to that hobby on GTPlanet. Do you mind if I share your Saros Blue there? I haven’t checked the color in-game for myself to see how accurate it is, but it looks pretty good in your pictures.

Incidentally, I always just use the “R” values, so the above would be a base of 0.57R, 0.39R, 0.17R and a highlight of 0.57R, 0.31R, 0.60R.
It’s not often that there is a significant variation with L and R, particularly with the seasons, weather and time of day.
Does anybody know the color code for the forest green 2012 rubocon im trying to do wheel trim and cant color match it.
That’s just a special colour black with a green shine. Press X to make it green, press Y and make it Black.
