I don’t think what I want to do is possible but I’ll ask the question anyway.
Is it possible to setup a single player freeplay race and customize the opposition AI cars, ie have them all as V8 touring cars or all F1’s or Indycars etc.
It spoils the race for me if I select a V8 Aussy touring car and the rest of the grid is made up of other types of car from the same group etc.
Also is it possible you could use customized livery’s on the AI cars so you can have a pretty authentic grid of F1’s, V8 touring cars etc.
Not possible that i am aware of.
Not in freeplay…BUT…
What you can do is create a multiplayer race and add in the AI. You can then force them to use the V8 touring cars in the lobby restrictions there. Sadly you cannot put the liveries on but that should allow you to make your own races

Cheers, yes this was do-able in Forza 4 but they had a much larger stock choice of V8 touring cars with different liveries so the race looked pretty authentic but in Forza 5 there’s only a couple of V8’s so without the ability to put customized liveries for the AI cars it’s pretty naff.
Would be a nice option for Turn 10 to include IMO.
