I just got FH3 and I love the game accept for one thing. The Dodge Challenger hellcat. First off, I own a manual challenger hellcat in real life. I have to say that this car couls simply not sound more different than its in game counterpart. I was very suprised to hear how off the hellcat sounds. In-fact it sounds more like a 1970’s muscle car than the hellcat we have today. It is so far off that it isn’t even remotely similar to how the car sounds in real life. Also, why did they put the automatic version of the car in the game? They already have the automatic charger hellcat in-game. Why not include the 6 speed manual challenger. Just alittle confused on that one sonce this is a “drivers” game. Anyways. Just caught me off guard alittle that a car that appears so many times in races in the game plus is a very popular car in the US is displayed so inaccuratley. Hopefully an update can fix this issue. Thanks!
i own a built mustang gt every bolt on in the book and the car sounds nothing like it does in real life. disappointing but it’s a video game they cant match it perfectly
you two are complaining about things that do not matter. These are small things that only effect you. Developers are not going to take their time to make changes for one or two people. If this is hurting your feelings that much then I feel bad for you.
You do realize the A8 Hellcat outsells the M6 Hellcat right? The reason the A8 is in game is probably because the real car they got their hands on and modeled was an A8. As far as the “drivers game” comment, just because your car is an M6, that doesnt make it any more of a drivers car than the A8. Arguably, the A8 transmission is the better option in the Challenger across the range. Having driven manuals for years and driven both, I chose the A8 for mine. I do agree with you on the sound issue…the in game sounds sound nothing like a Hellcat, SRT, Scat Pack, or even an R/T with an exhaust.
Overall though, as said above, this is a tiny issue in an overall great game and most of the players would never know anyway.
