Microsoft has been quite on this - has anyone read/heard if the PC version will support HDR? I know 4k will be easy, but HDR10 support is baked into the new NVIDIA 10xx cards as well as new AMD ones. Hoping its magically there.
2017 is when HDR is coming to windows 10, and subsequently when PC monitors that support HDR are released.
If you are part of the insider program, HDR is already in that build of Windows 10.
Nvidia (maxwell/pascal)/AMD (polaris) already support HDR.
I have a GTX Titan X along with a 4K HDR TV, I only recently invested in this HDR TV from a standard 4K TV because of all the talk about how amazing the game looks in HDR, now I’m being told the PC version doesn’t support it.
Microsoft, Turn 10, how can this be? Seriously disappointed.
