Hey… No,No, No… Put me back in tier 2 plz! Not a good week or 2. Battling the flu in my household and my videocard died. I’ll be back but I didn’t get a chance to improve my time. I luv this week’s cars but I am not sure I’ll drop a time. I did some career stuff on Xbox after updating it seeing as the only thing I completed was builder’s cup.
On a diff note… Congrats to all tier winners and RP Chronic!
Here we are, it’s Friday again. After today’s car division announcement there will only be one secret left Which of the 2 long tracks will we choose! You can wait until Monday for that.
In the meantime you may want to carefully choose a couple of the 56 cars available in the Modern Sport GT division to level up in preparation. We’ll be running them in S class.

A noddy question for the tuners but possibly specifically @JSR_Chronic as I’m looking at their Evora compared to mine.
What handling/drivetrain parts are usually regarded as superfluous upgrades? I’m guessing possibly race transmission and maybe race brakes? I suspect the roll cage is also unnecessary on the Evora? Appreciate that there won’t be any hard and fast rules but any advice welcome as to what to sometimes look to omit in order to add additional power/less weight.

As for upgrades it’s usually track specific but I’d say 99% of the time mandatory upgrades are race tires and race trans everything else is track specific
The other week with Watkins glen 65 mustang I had race tire stock width race trans with 4.2L swap and a street cam no cage
Some times you get away with sport brakes and no cage some times you need race brakes and full cage
Cheers Chronic. I’ll do some more playing around with mine tomorrow. Currently I have full drivetrain and aero upgrades but with one ballast and no power upgrades. Suspect I can lose some weight/gain some power without losing much in the handling department.
Put a little time in with the 23 M2. Set a brisk 1:53.2 in my shared tune. I feel theres some potential but not anywhere near a under 1:50. But im going to keep tweeking and see what I can get out of it by the end. Not exactly a huge BMW fan but…i really like the style of the car.
As for what i see for next week…i get that the goal is to be the fastest but lets not all jump into the car with the current fastest time. Lets get some diversity in the cars lol some may actually go unnoticed and could be faster than what you expected. Or you could go on with pride knowing you slung a dog of a car around for a great time. Possibly the fastest one on the board. After all…we have little time to enjoy the “CarPG” aspect of the game…sigh…i liked it kinda.
All the vipers are going to be insanely fast this upcoming week but I’m planning on getting the 09 vette as fast as I possibly can before making runs in the vipers
I’d really love to get a bunch of these cars leveled but I’m out of saves and I’m not going to level as many cars until March update comes
Broke into the 151’s with the evora. 1:51.925 a little different than chronics build. More hp but still plenty of grip. Tune shared if interested. Will probably tweak some more for a V2. Feedback welcome. Thx
