The Hoonigan Ford Focus 9 seems to be identical to the 10, except for the livery. When tuning, everything seems identical. Is this the same with the Hoonicorn vs Hoonicorn V2?
It would seem the Hoonicorn V2 is indeed identical to the Hoonicorn in FH4 except for the paint:

But according to the data base, the V2(the rare one) is slightly slower:
It has 1 less HP.

Someone said the G10 Focus has a TINY bit better brakes than the G9 one. Maybe you should take both on the road and check the acceleration/braking distance spec in car tune.
I prefer the 9 Focus over the 10, although the 10 can be upgraded to a higher PI (iirc). It’s my go-to Forzathon Live car, as it drifts really well, and because of the acceleration it can post 2 x 100mph speed trap scores faster than most cars can post a 200mph score.
I think weight differences and slight hp differences is the only things that are changed between the 9s and 10s
I think the Focus 9 and 10 are identical. Install the same parts, and tune with the exact same values, and you’ll see that the calculated stats are identical.
