That looks like Chrome on a Samsung phone
it does look like a problem with the browser rendering engine. mine looks fine on desktop (LibreWolf and Brave) browsers and Firefox Klar on Android displays fine too. This is with a lot of ad blocking and javascript restrictions too
It might be worth trying a different web browser if you can. Firefox or Mull are good choices
