Yes. I’m sure you’ve all got it right. It’s the 2016 Dodge viper!!
I think the alternator is strong in this one.
And as icing on the cake, it’s also a Widebody version with fantastic wheel spacers.
Sorry for all the sarcasm. But come on. This is another fantastic example of disinterest.
Apparently only the player has restrictions. You can choose from the E-Ray, NSX or 296 GTB, the competition can choose all other modern GT sports cars in the game…
The 918, P1 and LaFerrari cannot be chosen for this championship. Or any other hybrids. I can understand that in a way, but the fact that you just drive a GT sports car championship with limited choice for only the player is…
Well, it’s made up by those car lovers at T10. And we all know how deep their knowledge of cars and car culture runs. It’s like a paper cut on an Elephant’s backside. I would probably expect them to believe my joke about how the Viper is a hybrid and take it as reality.
I’m struggling with that right now myself. No matter how I tune my E-ray, I just can’t keep up with the vipers at the Glen. Great Job T10. I seriously hope they take a good, hard look at their staff after this debacle of a game. Its a wonder no one has resigned after this dumpster fire of a game was released
It’s about as well thought out as those sedan races in FH5 where they have that stupid truck in the race also. They just don’t think these things out before they implement them.
That’s complete bull. The 296 GTB ran a sub 7 minute around the ring in the hands of a Journalist who is at least 10 seconds off pace. It’s only slightly slower around Fiorano than the Laferrari, it’s in a different class than the Vette and the NSX.
The PI system in this game is horrible and favors cars that are unrealistically fast in a straight line. The 296 should run circles around any viper.
Straight line, the 296 should walk a Viper easily. More power, better transmission. In a corner…depends on the Viper. I think it would outdrive a standard Gen 5 GTS, but the ACR would likely give it trouble, especially on tighter tracks. That said, a 296 probably still wins on high-speed tracks where it can take advantage of the ACR’s disadvantage.
True, and I am thinking about the Assetto Fiorano which doesn’t help, but come on, it’s not an S class car while the Laferrari is well into 800. The hypercar hybrids should be available, and if the trinity is R class, the Viper, and 296 should be R class aswell. The ZL1 LE is definitely not A class either if the ‘12 GT2 RS, Carrera GT, Enzo, etc is S class.
I don’t have the game in front of me, but the 296 GTB is barley rated higher than the Enzo. No bueno.
I went into this series prepared (as many others have done), leveled up the 296 to get racing tires and had no real issues except for the race at Indy (which was a downpour), finished 1st in all events except Indy and took first in the overall. I run level 6 AI and expert settings.
The 2016 Dodge Viper is in FACT “ Not a Hybrid! It has No Electric motors whatsoever! It is an 8.4L V10~ ! The only thing electric is it’s Stability Control and Radio!” I noticed it as well! They must have run the PI 800 GT cars in the hybrid series, just like the other person said below… I still Love this Game! It’s by far the most Technical a Forza has ever been! I love to tune and break track records So… I understand why some others may have not liked it!
