GTi World Endurance Championship Information

Overview

In an effort to create more fast and clean racing within the forza community, GTi invites anyone interested to participate in our 6 race long series! Information and standings will be posted on this thread.

Cars & Tunes

For this series, there are 5 eligible cars that can be used in competition. They are LMP1 cars dating between 1998-2006. The cars are listed below:

1998 #12 Ferrari 333 SP
1998 #15 BMW V12 LMR
1999 Toyota GT-ONE
2004 Bentley Speed 8
2006 Audi R8

IMPORTANT: Once you choose a car, you must stick with it throughout the season. In an effort to keep the cars balanced, you must use the tunes provided by myself (GTi Vettel), GTi Hamilton, and LMR Harmonic.

Tracks & Timing
We will run a 6 race series each Friday starting June 23rd at 4pm EST/9 pm UK time. Each race will start off with a 5 lap qualifying in which best lap determines the grid order. The race will be 45 minutes. The order of tracks is as listed below:

Silverstone Full Day
Spa-Francorchamps Day
Sebring Full Day
Le Mans La Sarthe Day
Nurburgring GP Day
Yas Marina Full Day

Disputes
Unfortunately we will not have live marshaling, so any disputes or incidents will be settled after the race. A replay will be saved and used as evidence. A driver must message a steward if they wish for an incident to be looked into. Generally we would rather let people race, but obviously continuous abuse of track limits (we mean track clean NOT forza clean) and heavy contact with other racers will not be tolerated. Both parties will be updated on what actions have been taken, and will be asked to explain their side of what happened. The following have been chosen to be the stewards:

GTi Coulthard
GTi Legend

Assists
Sim damage will be turned on to discourage any contact between drivers. Everything else in terms of what assists, controllers, etc. is all down to driver preference.

Scoring & Standings
Scoring will be done as per the FIA World Endurance Championship system, with the exception of the Le Mans rule (so Le Mans is NOT double points). The points are distributed as follows:

25-18-15-12-10-8-4-2-1-0-0…

Standings will be kept track of on this post, so as races go by this will be updated to show the drivers standings.

We are really excited for this series and hope we can have more in the future! If interested do drop your GT below. For management purposes, we will only run one lobby, and hopefully we can run more in future series. Thank you for your time and lets have some fast and clean racing!

Hi OLR Vettel!

I would like to join in with this series, though I have a few questions:
I am taking/studying for exams at the moment and it may be difficult for me to get on for the first race, so I would either have to join mid-series or for the next, is this okay?
Would you mind if I created my own livery, rather than using the default one (or just a manufacturer colour)? If you don’t want me to then no problem.

My GT is FallenManiacHD for when it starts. Looking forward to some great, close and clean racing.

looking forward to this. I signed up on FACR FB. GT: iamrockinrich
