I feel like they don’t understand what ‘hot-fix’ means.
What they are providing are regular, arguably fairly slow fixes. Hot Fix is where you immediately fix the thing you broke - within hours not days.

The whole team currently at Turn10 is most probably extremely small and staffed with unqualified people for this project (which I’ve talked about in an other thread).
Turn10 has historicalybeen been extremely incompetent when it came fixes regressions (it always took months for simple things to be fixed if ever) but the base game was always relatively solid and bug free. Now they a double screwed because the product is absolutely broken and they simply can’t do anything about it (and MS probably doesnt care anymore. Xbox has way bigger franchises to take care of now than FM & Halo imploded.)
Yes, it really does seem that way.
Hot fix for 6.1 doesn’t fix it.
really wonderful, they probably haven’t even seen it for themself till now
To be perfectly clear the flickering only happens when the car is being illuminated by more than one flood light a the time (which means that it wont’ flicker on the long straights at Le Mans for example where the flood lights on both sides of the track do not overlap)
I’m still seeing strobing and flickering in cockpit at night while playing on Performance RT.
Wasn’t this resolved with the recent update?
No. But it has been logged.
Voted. Happens for sure and hard to ignore.
Fixed in Update 7 (but not mentioned in the release notes).
