GMC Vandura not avalible for use in E class?

I recently built an E class GMC Vandura and attempted to race it in an E class public lobby. When I enter the lobby the car disappears. There isn’t even an option to rent it. The car is E 300. I thought it might be a bug so I dropped it down to E 299. Still nothing. Just thought I would bring this issue to your attention.

Certain heavyweight cars (like the Vandura) are forbidden when it comes to Multiplayer Hopper racing.

You can use these cars in Private Hoppers, Leagues (when eligible) and Rivals.

For good reasons the car is banned from multiplayer, for everyone.
