It said that for forzathon i needed to complete a event to get the rally car. I went threw a speed trap and got a new PB ad it gave me the achievement and said i had won the car. Is this a glitch?
Read the criteria again, it says “ANY”. Now look in your Subaru section in My Cars.

Going through a speed camera isn’t a event. Also this has never happened with any other forzathon.
The game isn’t broken, you just misunderstand it.
Speed Traps, Speed Zones, Danger Signs and Drift Zones are ALL events known as PR Stunts.
And yes, it has happened in other "Any event’ Forzathons.

Heck I got it just by drifting into the dirt and hitting a random bump of dirt, which is fine with me. When I first saw do any event, I was thinking what qualifies as an event.
I guess this is a change as the OP is usually complaining that the Forzathon Challenges don’t work.
