How do I gift a car to a friend? Can it be done with the car or do I just gift the design?
Gifting cars or files (designs and tunes) between players is not a feature in FM5.

Unfortunately there is no gifting of any kind. You can publicly share tunes and designs, but they will always be locked, so no collaboration.
