I would like to know if the game makers latest screw up is going to be fixed, I have been gifted 2 superwheel spins every week now since playing the game and for the last 18 weeks I have not used them and I left them sat in my gifts inbox and I was also given 10 on the 13th may I assume due to the last major screw up by the game makers. I have noticed today when I started my game that they have all just disappeared. I am getting sick of these screw ups. The last screw up made me lose just over 26,300 perks of hundreds of cars which I have to admit you gave me back which is great but since giving me them back I have not been able to earn a single perk point due to having more than 999 in the perk bank still. I have used 9,000+ of them but due to only being allowed to do one perk at a time it would take me days to go through all my cars and to re-perk them up which is ridiculous to try and do it in one big session just stupid. I have been perking my cars up as when I use them and I have lost out on literally thousands of perks since being given them back. I have 1,500 hours in this game and I am convinced the game makers are deliberately trying to drive people away from playing the game with these screw ups.
Another nice screw up they have done is the A800 offroad seasonal this week on the mainland. I own multiple vehicles that all suited this seasonal just fine like a A800 Rebel Ram TRX Concept yet the game would not let me use it but it would allow me to buy a basic one and use that. So I bought one made it an A799 and it would not let me use that one either, it would only allow me to use an A716 version. My brother also has this game and he WAS allowed to use his rebel ram concept A800. What the hell is going on. I am one very annoyed person and on the strength of all these stupid screw ups you are going to lose a customer who has bought the last 2 Horizon games on pre-order and I also own a few motorsport forza games. These cock ups are just getting out of hand now and folk like me will just lose total faith in any future horizon game.
Why not submit a ticket, not much use ranting on the forum.

Oh you mean that useless system that gets either no response or a pithy response blaming something else on your computer which can take weeks before you get a response. If they have no answer for you they just prattle on about having latest drivers and doing game re-installs. This problem and the perks problem was and is totally down to the game developers
