Why can’t my friend race my ghost? I does not show up as an option for him. After completing a race it saves my ghost, but he is not able to race against it.
Pretty sure your time has to be in the top 100 for that.
I was wondering if that was the case. Guess I’ll have to get into the top 100 ha ha.

I’m not sure what the criteria is to get to race a ghost. I do know for a fact, that it DOES NOT have to be a top 100 time. I’m looking at a race right now where I’m ranked 180th, but I can race 178th places’ ghost. No clue.

Those times with a circle next to them have a replay so that you can watch the lap. To have the replay you must set a time within the top 100. you may see some times that are outside the top 100 with the circle (and replay), this is because very early in forza 4 all times on the leaderboard had the replay saved irrespective of what position it was OR it could be that when the person first set a time it was in the top 100 but has since been pushed down. Later on in forza 4 it was limited to top 100 only for which the replay was saved. The reason I’m explaining this is because leaderboard times with the replay saved allow you to race their ghost with your ghost option under “HUD” set to “live only”. If you go to race one of these ghosts look at your HUD, look for the option for ghosts and you’ll see yours is set to “live only”. If you want to race the ghost of somebody that doesn’t have the replay saved you’ll need to set ghosts to “on”. Hope this helps.
