Hello, im on xbox 360, and i have the same problem of some people here.
Tried to clean the system and hard drive cache and nothing 
After 2/3 minutes waiting for 1st loading screen, appears and error to clean disk and restart again.
What can i do?
Im with the same problem, can anyone help?
