Game not installing

so i recently brought the game on pc and every time i go to install it, it brings up the prompt telling me to select a storage with enough space, and when i select my hard drive(which has more than enough space) and click install, nothing happens,the box changes colour, so i assume the store is registering the clicks, ive looked for ages but found nothing usefull
