same here. Since 10-19-2023 game crashes after splash screen.
My crashes at the looading screen problem fixed after changing the regional language settings to UK in Windows Settings.
Select Start > Settings > Time & Language > Language & Region. then Select UK and
Change Time Zone > London.
Now Iām playing without any crashingā¦

i reinstalled my system from windows 10 to 11.
updated everything, created local user with admin rights iĀ“ve done every troubleshooting solution iĀ“ve found on the internet. completly annoyed.
iĀ“ve it wont launch on update 2 i will give up.
The bad thing is, the game ran perfectly for the first three weeks.
on my series s the game launches with no problem, so it seems to be a problem with the pc.
Experiencing the same issue. I did get a few weeks out of it before it crapped out. I was saving a tune. My game crashed since then I havenāt been able to load it. I think its a profile corruption. Since the problem has persisted beyond a number of things. Have an open ticket for past five days. No response from Microsoft despite being assigned to a rep the past few days.
Tried all the typical stuff found online as all of you did, plus ā¦
- Completely clean loaded Windows 11 on a fresh SSD. Fresh install Motorsport. Nothing else. Issue persists. This is why I suspect a corrupt profile as the game would have downloaded it from the cloud on first run.
- Changed graphics from AMD RX 5700 XT to an NVIDIA Geforce RTX 4070. Issue persists.
Over the last week I must have averaged attempts to load the game 5 times a day always with the same result. I must have done that 3-4 times today alone.
I just loaded up and it LOADED. I donāt know if there was an update, I wasnāt watching, but my game loaded. I went to my ticket with Forza Support to see if there had been an update. There was, less than an hour old (last time I had attempted to load Forza was probably three hours ago and it failed). First update since I opened the ticket 6 days ago. Though his post didnāt say heād done anything, it only gave suggestions of things to try, but the games loading for me again. He must have done something.
The only other thing I might have done today was reapply the HiRes textures. So if youāre desperate, like Iāve been, remove the HiRes textures and reload them.
But I suspect it was a byproduct of having support review my case. Maybe they looked at my profile or performed some kind of reset/cleanup. I have no idea.
Gonna go play, hopefully you guys are fixed too.

After Update 2.0 the Game is starting correctly without any Action from my side.
After last game update game consistency try to load form drive C: in specific path .This issue apear on gamepass player who install game outside drive C:. I saw this from windows event viewer on error log.

After update of 12/12/2023, the game is crashing on launch for me. Sometimes it gives a memory error and most of the time it just closes. I sent it to supportā¦

Anyone on amd i will say this just switch to nvidia, i went from amd ctashing my game everytime to nvidia not doing it once,
And for thoses on nvidia getting this issue either a dodgy gpu or currpted drivers, try ddu and a fresh install if that dont work try reflashing bios for your gpu
Same here after new update.
I tried to install last Window updates + reinstall the game in vain.
I am using Steam game and AMD Graphic Card (RX580). The game launches and works without problems using a NVIDIA GPU (GTX 1070ti) in my other PC.
