I’ve been stuck at this screen for about 40 minutes. The circle in the bottom occasionally rotates, music is playing constantly. I’m not getting any pop ups and it is beyond annoying. I’ve made sure that all of my drivers and Windows is completely up to date. I was suggest on another site to make sure all of the xbox services were running in the background. I did, and that did nothing. I’ve reset the computer multiple times. Don’t know what to do at this point.

I know I won’t be able to run 4k, but I should be able to at least open the freaking game.
Heck I’ve been playing Overwatch the last 2 days at Ultra with only minor hiccups related to the beta. It is just stupid.
