Infinite loading screen

Whenever I try to load Forza Apex I get stuck on this never ending loading circle with the Ford GT behind it. It pops up with a box saying my computer specs are below recommended but I can still play. I know my computer is better than the required so it should work fine. Any ideas on how to fix it?

PC Specs:
Intel Pentium G3258 clocked at 4.2 ghz
r7 260x
8gb ram

Thanks! It worked but I’m diffidently going to need to upgrade before this game is playable. Nice to see the game work though
