My game keeps freezing about 2 seconds after it loads. I’m not sure if it is a server issue or what. My other games do work so I don’t think it’s a console issue. I am on storm island so idk if that is part of my problem but I can’t play the game long enough to leave. Is anyone else having this issue?

Have you tried clearing your cache* and/or power cycling the console^?
- = Dashboard and quit all open apps and games. Hold Xbox One console power button until it beeps, and the light turns off - count to 10 Mississippi. Then wait 10-15 seconds and reboot using Xbox One Console power button.
^ = Turn off console, unplug power brick from outlet, and hold down power button. Wait 45 - 60 seconds, then plug power back in. Reboot console.
