I would like to know why no one will answer me back about my game files. I posted on the forums and my posts were removed due to a dirty word apparently but was about the cheaters in the game and what people can do about it. Well I even corrected the post and it was still removed so my English slang word was a good excuse to remove posts. Thank you moderators. After they were removed I log into my game and all my cars are gone, all the progress made was started over at start, I received the car vouchers back to buy 5 vehicles back and my car packs were showing ”owned” but had to reclaim. All running upgrades, vehicle designs, everything gone. Backup files even load in to game but with same outcome. I have no money in game to purchase the over 800 vehicles I had including the Noble M600 which took me almost a year to finally get one at auction house. My stats were reset, all houses were reset plus other vehicles that are very very rare to find are gone and can’t get them back but my trophies are showing as if I have completed the achievements but the achievements are not showing completed. What in the world is going on? I’ve emailed Forza support, Xbox game pass support, Forza never answers you back no matter what, if they do in still waiting for a reply since April 6th,2024. I’ve put in for my saved data through Xbox game pass and Forza to do a reload on my account, no help there. So all the money I’ve spent on this game and no help from either of the two supports I’ve contacted more than once in this matter and no help I’m assuming I’m just screwed correct? I mean if I’m not then why won’t support help? I even have cars at auction that didn’t sell before this happened and it won’t even let me reclaim them or gift them they are just there. Someone have any advice besides the captain obvious players who post saying ” yep, your screwed!” does anyone with knowledge of this or similar happening have any insight too a solution or the lack thereof?

Can you send me the ticket numbers with Forza Support that you’re waiting for a response on?
If you have not put in a ticket for your lost save can you try working through the troubleshooting in this article and open a ticket (option at the top of page). That way the support team can investigate and send back your inventory.
