Game Breaking Bug Related to Auto-Steering

I just found a game-breaking bug related to the Auto-Steering feature. If I turn the Auto-Steering feature on, set a route for the car to follow, then either complete that route or remove it so the is no route. My car will start trying to brake whenever I turn. And the only way to fix it is to quit the game a load back in. I thought this had something to do with the Assisted Braking but I managed to rule that out.

I’m playing on an Xbox series S (If that matters)

They have definitely done something to autosteer it doesn’t work as good as it used to, guess that is down to so many people whinging about the fact is there saying its cheating or whatever.
