Gallery of Richardkortland --> [UPDATE 30-4-2016]

Thank you!

No update this time, just sharing my first time photocomp winning photo:

Congrats on your win! I don’t think I’ve ever seen a vertical photo win a photocomp.

Congrats!

Congratulations on the win, and This is superb,

After a long time a new update. I spend my time in completing the Career mode, now that’s finished i’ll make more photo’s again.
Again, feedback is welcome.

I really like the first shot!

The 4th shot of your latest update is my favorite

I like your 911 shot as well

My personal favourite from the latest set has to be this one.

Beautiful shot! Very realistic too. I would maybe like to see a variety of other types of shots too like (close-ups, abstracts, ect.) Keep up the good work!

Thank you all.

Wow that is a challenge for me. I have an eye for race action shots, but not for the things you mentioned.
Maybe you are right, I’ll look in the other galleries to find some inspiration.

Awesome work. Loving your IRL stuff, too. I hope we get to see more from you

Thank you, If you mean IRL, this is my recent work. Last week’s WEC race at Spa:

Very nice!

That Ford GT is so cool looking!

That first shot is awesome!!

Love your photography.

If you have a good DSLR then may I suggest at future events trying a lower shutter speed with manual or auto focus when doing panning shots. While for action shots focused on a certain area switch to a higher shutter speed, while using a little bit of manual focus on an area in advance and then when the cars are in view hitting the shutter button. But with that said if you are yet to get a DSLR, then you should be able to do more when it comes to panning shots, like hoding down your cameras shutter button for a few seconds after focusing on your chosen subject. And then after a few shots have been captured let go of the shutter button.

Anyway with that said, hopefully some of my suggestions help out. And while I could of gone more in-depth at the end of the day, it might not be a wise idea from me since I haven’t used my Nkon D90 at any motoring or motor sports events for nearly 3-5 years.

Mamma Mia!

I legit thought the first two shots were in game shots, but then I realized they’re real and spectacular! Keep it going man!
