G920 will not work with Forza 6 on Xbox One

Hello, so as I can tell it seems that since the last system update on the 5th (including the one on the 19th) I have not been able to use my wheel in only Forza 6. Navigating menus is fine, and all the buttons on the wheel work perfectly. Once the game is launched, and it says to hit the A button… the only button that works is the Xbox/Home button. So, on to the list of things I have tried:

Rebooting console: No
Deleting Save Data: No
Factory Reset Console: No
Held Xbox/LSB/Double Square button: Yes the first time, no afterwords
Waiting for next system update: No
Trying Forza Horizon 2 Demo: Yes

I have looked into the problem, and it seems others have had this issue however it was way back in oct-dec of 2015, nothing really current. Just curious as to if anyone has any good ideas, as its quite annoying. Based on what I listed above, obviously the wheel seems to work fine until Forza 6 gets invovled, as the Horizon 2 demo was fine. I suppose the only other thing I could think of, is that maybe after the save data was deleted on the system locally it goes to xbl and brings the same, possibly corrupted data back and the problem never goes away? Thanks.

Do you have a controller on as well? If so shut it off and quit Forza. Load the game and use the wheel from the first menu screen with the Ford GT close-up.
