Hi, a bug I have found with my latest set up is, when having 2 screens (one for couch viewing, the other a monitor, both native 1080p), on having the displays set duplicate under Windows settings, the entire game runs at only 20FPS (only occurs in full screen mode, in windowed mode the game returns to 60FPS). Only when going to Display settings (in windows) and selecting the option “only show on monitor 1 (or 2)” that the game returns to 60fps under full screen. This occurs for both screens. This also only occurs at resolutions of 1080 from what I can tell, any lower and it runs fine with both screens connected.
This occurs in both Forza Horizon 3 and the Forza 7 demo.
Running the latest game ready driver from NVIDIA (had the same issue before updating, also did a clean install of it)
GTX 1050TI
The 20FPS glitch is acting like a limiter, as it does not fluctuate, just a steady 20FPS,
I have the screens plugged in both to the Graphics card, one in the HDMI slot, the other uses the DVI to HDMI converter, although the issue still persists if I use the HDMi from the graphics card, and plug the second HDMI into the motherboard.
Running the latest window 10 build (not insiders, just standard),
The glitch occurs from the first menu selection within FH3 from what I can tell, and not during the opening scenes (ie Turn 10 logo etc), same situation with Forza 7 demo.
Within other apps (not Windows store) this bug is not present and both screens run at 60FPS while on duplicate.
Let me know if you need any details or need to try anything,
