Freezing issues makes the game Unplayable [PC]

Iv’e recently purchased Forza Motorsport 7 and i have had a one issue that makes the game unplayable the issue being a horrible freeze which i cant tab out (yes i tried clt+alt+delete , alt+f4, and windows key +d) sometimes it happens when i load something in like when im looking at a car it crashes, sometimes its just random, sometimes it freezes and it fixes itself but i mostly get the worst type of freeze which dosen’t allow me to tab out and eveytime it happens i have to hold down the power button since i cant tab out please help any of it is greatly appreciated.

Hyper x 8gb ddr3 ram
1 tb HD 7200rpm
Msi z97 Gaming 5 Motherboard
650w Power supply

I dont know if its any of my components

(ive already tried reinstalling drivers)

I started seeing this for the first time after the latest patch (I also have a new system). I found that once I went back in and set all my video setting to a specific setting (instead of Dynamic) the problem went away. In my case I set back to 4k and all max setting. Before settings were reset to 1080p on all dynamic. I think there is something with the dynamic settings on some systems that causes the game to want to lockup and freeze.
