Add a free ride game mode, with some roads and streets and traffic, to drive and test cars with friends online
I don’t want to be rude, but what does such a mode have in common with motorsport? The game currently has a lot of lack when it comes to racing disciplines and classes (drag, GT1, etc.). You want to drive around the streets with your friends, you can do that in Forza Horizon, so what’s the point of introducing the same thing into FM?
Hello friend, no problem, very good question.
The idea is to be different from Horizon, using FM physics, and not have missions etc like FH5, being something to use FM steering on roads and something like that.
Forza Horizon 5 exists, or you can wait for Assetto Corsa Evo.
You still haven’t answered the question. What does such free ride have in common with motorsport? What differentiates Fm from FH is that FM is more serious. In FM, you race on designated tracks and following rules. This is motorsport. What you’re proposing is clearly associated with illegal racing and criminals in cars (because that’s how you should define someone who consciously and deliberately breaks the rules and endangers other road users). It has nothing in common with motorsport. Correct me if I’m wrong.
You can’t drive and test cars with friends on race tracks?
In real life, car manufacturers don’t cruise streets to test drive their cars. They use dedicated tracks. Honda uses Suzuka. Ferrari uses Fiorano. A broad range of manufacturers run the Nurburgring. City streets are basically useless for testing and tuning cars for racing.
