Why wasn’t the “Practice” session included in Free Play?
Sure I can practice any particular track and car combo outside of the session, but I don’t see the harm in including practice options in any situation where there would be a race.
It’s almost as silly as removing the controller settings tab from race sessions, which is still the #1 head-scratcher in FM6 imo.
You can remove the Drivatars and set the amount of laps you wish in “free play”, and there are also the Rivals boards; which allow you to do as many laps as you please without any other cars on track. I am assuming this is why there is no “practice” mode, as the other two allow you to do the same thing. Plus you can earn credits while using them, so an added bonus.
This should be posted in the feature wishlist, where someone from T10 may see it. While starting a new thread may seem like a great idea to get your suggestion seen, it is exactly the opposite and this thread will be lost in the hubbub of general forum activity.
