the gamer pass dlc . still showing i need to buy it in game.
some billboards are not even rendering in the game
quick travel is broken. it only showed up 2 times!

Unlike FH3, you need two things for Fast Travel in FH4. When you start, you can only Fast Travel to the Festival site, and it costs a certain amount of credits to do so.
You need to buy a certain player house to enable Fast Travel anywhere on the map. You still need to pick a road, you will notice that the cursor sticks to roads. Fast Travel will cost the same amount, regardless where you go.
Next, to lower the cost of Fast Travel, you need to find and smash 50 Fast Travel bonus boards located on the map. They are the ones with the lightning bolt icon. Each board smashed will drop the cost of Fast Travel by 2%, so after you smash all 50 of them, it will be free to Fast Travel anywhere.
The above works well for me, I can now FT anywhere for free, after buying that house and smashing all the boards.
