Forzathon - Porsche question

Hi All,
I am a fairly casual Forza Horizon player. Play for a day then not for a week or two then maybe for a couple more days.

Anyway I have never really paid attention to the Forzathon events. But have just realised that I should have.

I am a huge Porsche fan and I am planning on purchasing the Porsche pack. I have just read that some of the Porsche models are available by completelibg forzathon events.

Do these forzathon events have a specific timeframe that they run for ?

If so and the event has ended. How can I get that car ?

Dates for Forzathon challenges can be seen in the Achievements menu on the Xbox console dashboard. Turn 10 has announced upcoming Forzathon summaries in advance a month at a time in the last Friday or first Friday of the month’s Week in Review in the News section of the site or in the Forza Hub app.

After Forzathon events end, the exclusive bonus cars can only be obtained via the Auction House from other players, who typically price the cars into the millions. You may use an exclusive bonus car temporarily in Bucket List Blueprint events, or a shared garage in Co-Op mode. Turn 10 has stated that the 918 will come around again, but they have other Porsche models coming in Forzathon before that, so it will be a while.
