Hi, I may have missed something BUT I brought a Aston Martin DB5 to complete the FORZATHON PORSCHE 911 TURBO 3.3 challenge. Which meant (like all other users) I spent time doing races, working hard and saving up to get the funds to get the required car. I completed the every requirements for the challenge (i.e. Complete a championship in a Aston Martin DB5). I got the signal to say that I have completed the forzathon challenge and won the Porsche 911 TURBO 3.3. I even checked in my console dashboard to confirm that was the case, however I never received the reward car… I am an Xbox One user. I have waited a whole night to see if it was a service delay. I have completed another 2 championships in the DB5. I have even brought another Aston Martin using the Forzathon 30% off sale and still have not received the Porsche 911 TURBO 3.3. I have signed in and out a heap of times, terminated and restarted the game, almost every time and restarted the console 3 or 4 times. I’ve gone through the entire troubleshooting link and did what you guys said to do and still have not received it!!! I am not happy as ‘time is money’ and as a paying user of your products if we spend our time doing things you would expect that you get rewarded. It is bad enough that it cost so much money for expansions and alike and that even though you can take a lot of time and effort upgrading a car and then when you go to sell it a big chunk is taken out by you guys for some unknown reason??? (I use my own design and tunes so I should not be getting ripped off as much as I am). Can someone tell me why this is the case? I have noticed that it is happening to other people and after talking to a number of other users online they have had the same issue. It seems for some people the challenge works and they get the Porsche 911 TURBO 3.3 and others don’t. I guess I have a number of questions? 1. Why can’t I get the car I was told I could have by completing the forzathon challenge? 2. Why and what benefit is it to take so much from users when they sell cars? 3. If we spend our time and money buying and/or completing whatever is needed to get certain rewards and are not given the service, products and/or rewards we paid for in money or time well who is going to refund us?
And Ive never had issues before with Forzathon and/or getting rewards.

I would not have thought of that being a reason for not getting a car but a very valid question and reason for not getting one.
BTW I completed the challenge and I did recieve the car so no problem for me.
If he has gone through every thing in ManteoMax’s troubleshooting post the 550 car limit is one of the points

I’ve just re-read your post - seems you’ve been through the troubleshooting tips. That wall of text put me off on first view.
and you have gone into your garage and had a look and it’s not there
how about posting a screen shot of your garage in the Porsche section
I just don’t understand how people get issues with these challenges
I’ve done it with 4 different accounts at all different times and championships and have received the cars no issue every time
And for your auction house taking a portion of your sales
That’s the way auctions work and this has been explained a hundred or more times in a hundred or more threads

It takes more if they arent your designs and tunes…
For the previous forzathon I got all the notifications and awards after it’s ended for a while …
In worst case it was 2 friggin whole months b4 I collected my awards from all the 'thons during that period. ALL AT ONCE -_-
Your achievements were probably registered, just, ehm, try to have faith with that non-trustworthy server …
This has solved the problem for everyone with all issues. Clever programming code 
- I read your earlier thread about your son’s idiot friend (your words) getting you banned. Maybe they had something to do with it. Most times I read players not getting the car prize also don’t get the achievement. But you got the acheivment, so you seem to be a special case.

- What kind of refund did you want for not receiving the prize car? Refund money? But you didn’t spend money. Entrance fee for the Forzathon is free. You want them to refund you that amount? Refund time? Sure, here’s a few minutes that it takes to complete a championship. But you said “time is money.” So you really want money for a “free” car?
Others were having issue with the car tune.
Stated when they went to put on another tune (DJS) it popped. There may be a part that isn’t making it recognize.
Check the other threads of complaints. “Eye in the sky”
I did mine in HLR Moss in b class and had no issues, and person stating they did 2 championships said the moment they put on DJS tune they go the achievement
Suggestion for new thread: “forzathon issues” to prevent countless threads EVERY time a forzathon is on.
