Hi there, I wonder if someone could help me regarding this week’s Forzathon.
The two I was interested in completing was the two which rewarded you with the Porsche 911 and Spyder 918. I created a Championship and used the Ferrari 250 GTO… however, upon completing the championship nothing happened. Usually the diamond comes up telling you that you have another achievement. I then checked in on my Achievement tracker to see if the Forzathon achievements were still locked. They weren’t, they are unlocked, I’ve completed them, but I’ve not received any notification telling me such and I’ve not gotten the cars in my car list. I’ve already won these two cars from previous Forzathon challenges but I don’t think they give you the cars one time only. You can get them any time you complete the challenges where it’s the prize - as far as I’m aware.
What can I do to rectify this issue? Is anyone else experiencing this or had this in the past? If so, what did you do to remedy this?
No nothing has popped up. In the achievement tracker it shows them both unlocked but it isn’t greyed out on the main Forzathon page that you access through the main menu when you aren’t in the garage. So it’s behaving like I haven’t completed it, yet I have, I’ve also done another Championship just to make absolutely sure and again, nothing.
Even weirder now is having done a hard reset, the achievements in the tracker are now both at the top of the LOCKED area with the progress bar showing at 100%.
I don’t hide anything. I’ve got notifications on, I’ve never had an issue with not getting the notifications. Besides that’s not actually the issue. The issue is that I’ve done the achievements, initially it showed them both as unlocked, now it’s showing them as locked but 100% completed. I’ve not received either car or CR and I’ve completed the achievements twice over now.
If it helps, I’ve just taken two screen shots showing the Forzathon achievements as locked but the completion bar at 100%. Apologies about picture quality seeming like I took the pictures through a pair of my grandma’s stockings.
FYI, the 911 is new. Try checking if you got a 04’ Porsche 911 GT3. Also, I’ve read reward cars don’t instantaneously go to the garage for some players and they had to wait hours, days, sometimes weeks before getting them. But that’s what I read on here, I seem to be a lucky case and always get the cars instantaneously.
Is the Ferrari 250 GTO a Classic Racer class car? I dont really use those kinds of cars, I used the Porsche 718 dlc car and did the championship and won the cars immediately after the championship.
But if you dont see the notification from the start, sometimes this happens to me so I just go to a Festival, head into the garage, come back out then assuming the challenges were done properly, the notifications will pop up. So if the Ferrari didnt work, try a different Classic Racer car. If not, then talk to Turn10 about it if you can, should be on twitter maybe. This Forzathon is with us til sunday/monday so you still have loads of time.
It’s been a common occurrence in Forzathon events that not all the cars in a selected category work for the Forzathon event in hand. If the completion notification didn’t pop, try using another car until it does, staying way form the DLC cars.
SimRacerQ - The DLC cars work for me for completing Forzathon events, it just doesnt work for everybody I guess.
funky dunk 1977 - I would try a different car then and connect to Xbox Live to be online in the game. You dont need to go into Online in the game though, just be connected to the internet or something. It should work for you, maybe it’ll just take some time. Were you in Hot Wheels or Blizzard Mountain or did you try on the main land?
Looking at the picks he connected to xbox live as its showing percentage of pepes completed and I did mine oon the hot wheels track with out issues so thats not likely a problem. Im juster wondering why they are showing locked. They should not be locked. May sound strange but check the date on your console make sure its auto also regional settings for correct country and city.
If the achievement is done offline not connected to xbox live there is an issue where they dont pop when you do connect

No idear about that as mine is always connected to the internet, not much use not having it connected as I us the Xbox for all my Streaming as well Netflix Stan and some other streaming app. As well as a lot of games seem to require it now days. And then there is the issues of the Cloud saves less need to sync means less chance of a save being lost or worse

but some people for some reason would rather play without an internet connection and then complain when their achievements don’t pop
apparently they need to resync but I’ve seen more than a few people , especially on here, than they never sync and never end up getting them
think it’s part of the reason that some people are stuck at 98% on some of their achievements, might have did the race or championship while disconnected
I used the Jaguar MK II 3.8 in, what I perceived to be a championship, and at the conclusion of the fourth event, I didn’t receive the “A Day’s Work” or “No Substitutions” rewards. I did receive the “A for Effort” reward, so I know that I was online.
I should preface this by saying I’m relatively new to the game, but I believe my confusion centers around what is a “Championship” with respect to Forzathon. I have been going into Online Adventure and searching only for A Class adventures because that is what my Jag is and I want to get the “A Day’s Work” reward.
Should I be going into Co-Op Campaign and looking for blueprints which in turn count as Championships?!
If someone could spell out the steps to finding and completing a “Championship” in the meaning of Forzathon so I can get the rewards, I would really appreciate it.
