Forzathon not working(WIN10).

I tried looking for a solution here on the forums but couldn’t find anything that worked out. The problem is that the recent Forzathon events does not unlock for me, they have in the past -both on FM7 and FH3 but not on this recent one. Everything else seem Ok, like online play and unlocking achievements(Forzathon achievements does not unlock upon completing a challenge).

I’ll list the things I’ve tried.

  • Try several different cars.
  • Try different circuits.
  • Try “Next race” rather than quit.
  • Try rebooting both the computer and the game.
  • Tried over three different days.
  • Made sure all the necessary services are able to run, I think(these are disabled: Screenshot by Lightshot) ?
  • Disable MSE.

Any idea what may be wrong here?

SOLVED: While proofreading I noticed by the screenshot that the “Connected User Experiences and Telemetry” service was disabled. I enabled it, rebooted the machine and now it’s working like it should. I’ve must have disabled it for some odd reason I guess.

List one challenge that has failed and what specific track/car/settings you used.
Then we can help.

Sorry I forgot, I manged to solve it tho. :slight_smile:

Mine don’t unlock either. The challenges all show as being done as I do them but the event won’t grey out and the achievement doesn’t pop up anywhere. I did them last night when xbox services were down so it may be possible that messed it up I guess. If not I may be in trouble.
