#Forzathon for the month of April

Found some locked forzathon achievements that ends on 5/1/2018, I’m guessing it starts April first so I hope this will not turn out to be some Turn10 April fools joke but you guys can check it out yourself by just going to FM7’achievements page on the console and scroll done to the end of the locked achievements and they should be the last ones

-Running wild, unlocks the snake driver gear
-Showing off, unlocks the 2014 Chevy SS FE (this is what I’ve been waiting on)
-Cherry blossoms, unlocks the 2016 Mazda mx-5 FE
-Competitive edge, unlocks the Porsche Macan turbo

Clicking the in-game Achievements menu will open the game hub:

It’s also listed at TA.

TA uses a web crawler to scan xbox.com for new achievements and challenges.

It seems like to be the Forzathon for april 2018.
It could also be just a ‘placeholder’ for the upcoming Forzathon and the rewards can still change until the official release.
It could also be just a test, for whatever, like the 5 challenges listed since months for 2020.

These events make a lot of sense actually.

I want that Miata, shame the special tires will be Street tier and make it useless outside its division unless you upgrade and lose the car’s uniqueness. :frowning:

What about the regular SS. :disappointed:

The Commodore is better.

Actually it’s really funny that the game has three VE Commodores, two of them being Holdens and the other one being the Pontiac. And then there are three VFs (HSV, Chevy and the Ute).

It’s even more surprising that Pontiac died while selling this car while Dodge managed to scrape by for years with the arguably less justifiable Charger.

Having driven both, in my opinion the Charger is a vastly superior car. It has a better ride, better handling, much nicer interior, and arguably better styling. It can seat 5 in comfort. It can be equipped all the way from a fuel sipping, but more than adequate six cylinder all the way up to a hair raising Hellcat Hemi with 707 hp. No contest in my book.

But the steering wheel is on the wrong side.

And Pontiac died during the G8’s time because of the tragedy the rest of their line up was.

Yea the g cars weren’t good. They should have made a new firebird and a better gto to save the brand…

Quick Q? … in the current Forzathon for the Charger, what is the IT challenge please, have no idea what that means . . Any help welcomed . .and how does one get it done?

Cheers . . Oz

Go into multiplayer and find the ‘Pass the IT’ hopper. All you have to do is complete one session.

thanks mate, most appreciated indeed.

Isn’t the Chevy SS FE a reward in Career mode as well?

SS no

Camaro SS yes

Actually, I just double checked, neither of them are career rewards.

Camaro SS was a reward from the October bounty hunter.

Ah Camaro ZL1 is a masters division elite reward. I knew a Camaro was a reward forgot which though thought it was SS

New April Forzathons are already “coming soon”… And you need to do a single challenge to win each prize. Does it mean Forzathons will go back to being weekly like in Horizon 3?

I’d appreciate that. I know others wouldn’t, though.

Where does it say you only need to do one task per challenge? They look the same as previous challenges to me.

If you compare the progression you’ll see the current Forzathon has three steps required for completion. The April ones have only one.
