First time ever xBox one user. I’ve bought three additional car packs. Porsche Expansion, eBay Motors and Hot Wheels. All Porsches goes direkt to My Cars but nothing from eBay or Hot Wheels. All three pagages are downloaded but how do I get the cars into My Cars?
Go to the buy cars menu and you’ll be on a tab named free, that’s where you’ll find them.
Many thanks, If you mean Market Place and the tab Free there is two cars labellled Purchased. There is also cars with the same label in respectively manufactures tab. But the question is how to activate and use them?
No, in the find cars menu, next to the My Cars menu block, the first tab in there will have your free cars.
Thanks again! But sorry, my first tab is “recommended”. There is no tab saying “free”. Is there something basically wrong in my settings, or do I have to be a Gold member?
Shouldn’t need to be Gold. There was definitely a free tab in that list last I knew. Try going through and finding each car individually.
Thank’s again for your patience. When in Marketplace I have a tab Free Cars were several cars are marked as Purchased. I’ve also 15 cars from different manufacturers all marked as Purchased. In Career mode/Buy Cars none of the Purchased cars shows up. For example, I’ve bought the Porsche expansion. All cars showed up in My Cars tab immediately. Then I bought the eBay package and none of the car shows up in My Cars. But they are all at the Market Place marked as Purchased, including all Porsche cars. So, why can I use Porsches and none of the others, when I bought all of them?
The Porsche’s and the Nascar’s from the expansions go straight into your “inventory” for some reason. The rest, you need to “buy” from the Find a Car menu.
This might be able to explain it better than I can.
not sure if you have sorted the issue or not by now but if they still arent showing as free try hard resetting your console properly and see it triggers them to be free

I’m having this same issue. I just purchased the ultimate platinum (highest package ) if I go to the market place it shows I purchased all the dlc stuff included in package yet only the nascar and porch stuff shows. Like user above they are not in the free tab for me. Do I have to reach a certain level in game before they become available in free play? If I go to "buy"in free play it wants me to buy them with credits or repurchase packages again. What am I missing. Ive being trying to figure this out for a couple hours now and it’s really frustrating. I found that link above earlier and as I said the cars ain’t there. About to request refund for the frustration I forgot to add that it doesn’t seem to give me my VIP bonus points after races so I wonder if that is bugged too.
I think the VIP is definitely bugged. I haven’t been able to use VIP since upgrading to the Platinum bundle a few days ago. Tried just about every troubleshooting try (uninstall/reinstall, deleting profile and redownloading, hard resetting the console) with Xbox Support and they reffered me to these forums for help. I’ve yet to see any acknowledgement by Forza/Turn 10 that they are working on a solution and it’s frustrating not getting to use what we all paid a pretty high price for.

I love my Horizon 3 but I wanted some actually tracks so I bought the FM6 platinum but customer service support sucks and it’s a shame. I don’t understand how things don’t work for some people in a closed eco system like the xbox. Stuff should just work. I should’t have to jump through hoops. O well, refund already received don’t bother trying to help me now.
