[BUG] No "Free Cars" tab in find a car (unsolved)

Hi Forza support

I have tried to resolve a issue with my game for a while now, I have been talking to Microsoft support for hours and the Xbox tech support. And searching google for weeks and I still couldn’t find a solution.

No matter what I do, I can’t seem to be able to “activate” the “free cars” under find a car in forza 6

I have bought a lot of different dlc’s and also the Nascar and
Porsche expansion which actually did add cars for free but to my garage not the “find a car” section, this means that my account does recognize the dlc’s but the ones where you get a car for free the first time to select in “find a car” Doesn’t work no matter what, I can access the cars and buy them for in game credits, and yes I have to pay for them I’ve tried…

I also tried, rebooting, hard reboot, deleting and installing the dlc’s in all possible ways, I’ve done a total system delete and installed everything again, I even deleted my career save and starting fresh, but no matter what, the game won’t activate the “free cars” tab under buy cars.

I have a brand new Xbox one s, and I only have forza 6 installed, and only one Xbox live user.

(Btw. English isn’t my first language, so sorry for my mistakes.)

Hi direktorholm I am having exactly the same problem with Forza Motorsport 6. I have downloaded the free ten year anniversary and Hotwheels packs. The cars are showing as purchased in the marketplace but nowhere else. This means I can’t drive them! There is no ‘free cars’ in my buy a car and the cars in the packs are not in my garage. I really hope someone knows how to solve this problem soon! Very frustrating!

I have absolute Same Problem on Xbox One S.
I Think it is an Account Problem because i have Same Issue in Horizon 2.

Have any of you tried hard resetting/ cold booting your console properly since installing the dlc …including pulling the power cable from the wall for a little while
This will usually fix it so the cars become free for the first purchase

Yes i Do this: Xbox One S is powered on and i pull the Powerbutton for 5 seconds, then the Xbox Starts new.
Is this a Cold Boot or Hard Reset? Can You explain the methods please?

While it is turned off try pulling out the power cable from the wall as well for a few seconds

I have absolute Same Problem on Xbox One S too !

I’ve done EVERYTHING to solve this issue : noway.

I have Car Pass and VIP Pass on Forza HORIZON 3 and have NO issue at all.

Help me please !
