Hey guys, just kinda having an issue with my Forza Rewards on the site. It appears that my rewards points have not been updated for what appears to be about a week now and I’d like to know if something is up or if my account is experiencing some difficulty or what.
On another note, I also have beaten the F&F Edition of Forza Horizon 2 and I collected all the smash boards and have not received my gift of the Supra in the Full Game version, is there something that I am missing or what?
think it might have something to do with your privacy settings…can’t see what games you have played therefore the rewards servers cant see them either
have you just changed them recently
I just went on and changed my privacy settings, is there now a time I should wait before it is all updated or what?
Something strange is happening to my rewards as well. I played through the FH2:F&F game a couple of nights back and I can only see the Gamerscore points being added to my Forza Rewards. I’ve smashed all the boards and collected all the cars etc., but don’t seem to be getting the credit. The weird thing is that in the meantime, my FH2 scores are going up as I complete more challenges in the main game.
Anyone seen anything like this before??
TIER 4: i have EXACTLY the same problem with Fast and furious. I have finished it, and i only have the gamerscore, everything else is at 0.
Anyone having a salution? someone from Turn 10 maybe??

I just tried the proper hard reset and it doesn’t help.
I Cant believe it, i have finished it at 100%, all sides objectives, everything, and no points, so i cant get my rewards
I’m in the same boat when it comes to FH2: F&F. I have completed every requirement - boards smashed, roads driven, ultimate passes, cars owned, etc. - but the only Rewards Points I’ve received are the 200 for my GamerScore. The remaining 300 Points do not show up.
I completed all of the tasks well over a week ago. Reset console, full shut down, privacy settings checked…all of that.
I tried writing to the email address mentioned in the FAQ, but it isn’t a valid email address.
Any help here?
Hey everyone, I’ve been experiencing some difficulty with my Forza rewards not updating for a little bit now. This has also been the case for the FnF rewards not updating for me as well. I have made a post prior to this addressing the same issues about a month or so ago and nothing has changed. I am wondering what it is I should do or is there something wrong with the transfer of Forza Horizon 2 and the Fast and Furious into reward points? Thank you.
EDIT: It appears someone has moved this into the old topic, thank you for doing so. I have gone through and reset the Xbox 360 and it still has not updated, is this an ongoing bug on the site or what could be the reason?
forza rewards do not apply to the Xbox 360 version of Horizon 2…only the Xbone version
has been stated many times , read the stickies at the top of the page referring the xbox 360 version, it’s all there
Rewards also do not apply to the 360 version of Fast n Furious - you do not accumulate points and do not get and rewards for these 2 games that have both 360 and Xbox One versions.
Thanks so much, guys! I just think that it’s odd that these two games do not accumulate any points on the site.
Wouldn’t call it odd - at the end of the day T10 have had to make a decision and chose this route. My guess would be it was too messy to have both versions contribute to rewards (and getting rewards could have been even more problematic), or they are just slowly moving on. Personally I suspect it is a mixture of both - which isn’t odd but would have been nice to get a specific statement BEFORE the release of FH2 explaining things.
It feels nice to know I’'m not the only one having this issue - game completed and gamer points fully awarded, but zero for everything else, so only 200 out of the 500 possible for the rewards 
Turn 10 or Microsoft - a response would be appreciated 
Or how about some bonus reward points to make up for it?
Now to the main title of this whole scenario, the rewards. Can you collect the actual rewards for the game and if so, I redeemed them about 6 hours ago, how come they haven’t come?
Also, my FnF Edition is completed, how come the Supra isn’t in my garage?
The 360 versions are not included in the Rewards program in any way - no points, no rewards, nada.
Just an FYI - the rewards, when redeemed for a game that is part of the program, can take more than the 4 hours quoted, often up to 24 hours and on the odd occasion they have taken days to show up - not that this is an issue with you playing FH2 and F n F on the 360 at this time.
The gift supra (with a black hawk design on) is also an Xbox One feature only (it requires the Forza Hub to collect it - which is also Xbox One only).
Just to be clear - the Xbox 360 versions of FH2 and F n F do not get anything (aside from the gifted MX-5 and Corvette?) - there is no DLC, no expansions, no images in the gallery here in FM.net, and they have Zero involvement in the Rewards program.
I am 8 points away from unlocking Tier 8. I have completed all the achievements for the F&F yet one is not registering with the rewards. So frustrating as I would love the Audi in FM6 for hitting Tier 8.
Ironically the second image below shows the issue. Says I have unlocked all achievements, yet still shows me 40 GP short.
