" Hi all. Im new to this so i hope this is in the right place or hopefully a moderator can put it in the right place for me thanks. Basically my problem is that i got My Xbox One less than 2 weeks ago and i have been flat out playing Forza 5 to try and get up the tier rewards as much as i can so i can be well prepared for when Forza Horizon 2 comes out. I am currently at tier 6 but my badges and titles have stalled at 77 out of 200 and when i checked my Forza 5 gameplay i have over 200 already but im not getting the points for them. Im getting the points for the rest of them Achievements,Days played etc etc. Is anyone else having this bother or does anyone know where i can go to get this sorted thanks. "
He started a thread about this two months ago. I’ve contacted him today but he is still stuck at 77/200. His thread title is/was: “Forza Tier Rewards Problem!!” and thus a bit too general to apeal to players with the same problem, so I decided to start a new thread with a more specific title.
I find it hard to believe that CriMsoN 7ypHooN and me are the only two players with this problem (out of the millions of Forza players).
Waiting days / weeks for the ‘Forza reward’ to update.

Logging out of FM.net, then log out of Xbox.com, restart your browser (and maybe clear cookies/restart your computer) and then log back in here to see if anything has updated.
To be clear: All the other Forza 5 stats on my tier/rewards page update just fine. (Achievements, days played, and so on.)
I sincerely hope that someone (at Turn 10?) can help us out.
The “badges and titles” rewards are worth 400 points, a significant amount towards achieving a higher tier level.
Being stuck at 77/200 badges and titles means losing out on 246 points.
i only used the rewards page since a couple of days where my status on horizon2 is correct, but i missed “played days” in fm5. it’s still 0 days there…
I go on f5 just about every day , a run a race or two and collect my drivatar payout, but I stopped getting reward points for days played…it’s been stuck on 35 days for a couple of weeks now…before that, I would get my days played reward in less then a day usually
Well, that explains it. Same problem here. Days Played is stuck on 26 days for me. There is progress at least in some of the others, but my badges and titles may be stuck as well (or just slow to update, I’ll keep an eye on it from now). Been playing FM5 daily too. Edit: Confirmed, just Days Played is stuck.
Update: Haven’t played FM5 for a few days, and just re-checked Rewards and Days Played is now on 44. I’m just going to assume it’s come unstuck. Guess I’ll go back to playing it now.
I just got FM5 and FH2 at the same time almost 3 weeks ago. My days played on FM5 got stuck at zero until about 2 days ago when it suddenly started updating. Nothing else was affected for both FM5 and FH2 only days played for FM5.
I don’t believe I did anything different, it just started working.
I think my FH1 days played got stuck when that was still quite new too in 2012, when I look back at it now, I’m not sure if it ever caught up as I think I should have easily done 50 days on FH1 in my time. Coincidentally, my FH1 is on 35 days played …
I’m having issues with rewards too. It’s giving credit to certain things as far as progress goes but I’m not receiving anymore points. My days played has been stuck at 4 for awhile, even though I’ve been playing it everyday for at least 2 weeks.
Having the same problems, been playing the nuts off fm5 for the past few weeks, and the tier level has remained completely unchanged in all areas! Very frustrating as I am/was getting very close to tier 7. Also had gift cars claimed on hub but never delivered to my inbox/garage. Having other issues but don’t want to hijack the thread.
I’ll add myself to this growing list of people whose reward counters have stopped.
For me it’s on FM5 and associated to Achievements, Cars Owned, Badges and Day’s played.
Like some of the other people above, I’m signing in daily to grind out affinity in free play, do a race in career and buy a car or 2, but nothing is moving it along.
I know I’m already Tier 7 so am already getting the top rewards, but it would be great for my OCD if I could actually max out the counter, like I have on the other Forza titles.
I’m disappointed that no-one from Turn 10 has commented on this to even indicate if it’s being looked into or provide a suggestion on how to get it counting again. It took me less than a minute to find this post after checking the forum to see if other people are having issues, I’m sure there are more people out there with the issue.
Hi, I am with you on all of it and share the OCD monkey, but your total is already WAY above Max 11500!
Just wondering how did you get that impressive total when the max is 11500 (do you perhaps have an “in” with the Lizard Dorks and they hacked it for you?
I’m guessing when this is fixed we will see a new max target?
