Here are three issues I’m having that I assume the devs/bug people at Turn10 would want to be aware of. I’m on Xbox 1 (standard) in North America (Eastern US), ultimate edition game (digital download).

It seems that the details of my Forza rewards point totals/progress bars are out of sync for both gamerscore and driver gear owned. Specifically, the gamerscore bar implies that I only have 80 gamerscore, but I can see the multitude of achievements that I’ve unlocked on the very same rewards page below (and my gamescore total on the xbox itself reflects this as well). Additionally, the driver gear owned bar is actually giving me credit for MORE gear than I have actually unlocked (about 3x as many, evidenced by the fact that I haven’t unlocked the 50 gear achievement yet, but I have been given credit for 89 gear). All other bars seem to be accurate and update once a day or so from what I can tell. The gamerscore issue also happened to me in Horizon 3, though it was not as far off. I had to get ~1250 gamerscore to fill the gamerscore bar that was supposed to be filled by 1000 gamerscore. It seems that some of the achievements are just not counting towards the bars for whatever reason. I always play online, connected to live, etc. so I’m not sure why they’re not registering.

There are a number of achievements that are not unlocking/progressing in Forza 7. Specifically, the “storm chaser” achievement still says 0%, despite my having raced in many rain races (I’ve finished the regular driver’s cup and all 30 showcases, working on “eliting” the divisions now). Speaking of the “elite champion” achievements, they all remain at 0%. I’m not sure if they’re supposed to stay at 0 and then pop once you completely finish off the division, or if they’re supposed to progress along with each race you complete in the division. If the latter is true, then there is an issue with them not progressing. The other achievements all appear to be working fine so far.

Forza is not showing up as a “game” on my console when I press the Xbox button and the little sidebar menu pops up. Even if I am in the game, it is not listed in the sidebar with all the other recently used games/apps. The only way for me to get a Forza 7 pane to be accessible (to hit “exit” after I’m done playing for the day) is to navigate to the full sized “home” screen, or to navigate to the “games and apps” menu. I’m not sure , but maybe this is related to or causing the other two issues? This issue started after one of the earlier updates. On day 1, it showed up normally. Additionally, if I navigate to the achievements section of the sidebar while playing Forza 7, it defaults to the monthly gamerscore progress leaderboard of all my friends, as if I’m not currently playing the game. It even says something along the lines of “start playing a game to view it’s achievements here” (not exact wording, but same idea…). Every other game goes directly to that game’s specific achievements when I navigate to this section of the sidebar while playing. I plan to hard restart my Xbox this afternoon (in a few hours) to see if these strange sidebar behaviors persist. I’ll update this post after doing so.
Let me know if I can elaborate any more on any of these points to help you guys out. If needed, I can try to get an xbox dvr recording of the behaviors, just let me know.
