No Forza games tracking achievements on any platform - Other games OK

Hi,

I am have a re-occurrence of a problem I had several months ago, details in this thread https://forums.forza.net/turn10_postst112404_Achievements-not-tracking.aspx

For me, no achievements in any Forza game (Including Horizon) are tracking at all. I first noticed the problem while trying the Forzathons in FH3 but after playing some multiplayer with some friends as we were going for the “World Traveller” in FM7 and mine did not track while my friends got their achievement (Sad times :frowning: )

I have removed my FH3 save from my Xbox One X and allowed it to re-sync, twice now. I then decided that as I purchased it digitally I could install it on my computer, which I did and tried a few Forzathons but nothing happened.

I was doing some research into other things people have tried and I went to xbox.com - Profile - Achievements and strangely in FM7 the “World Traveller” is showing 100% but locked (Has been like this for over a week). On my Xbox console, the Xbox app on my windows computer and laptop and the Xbox Smartglass app on my Android phone they all show “World Traveller” at 56%. This seems odd, different data being displayed depending on where you view it from? (interestingly “World Traveller” and “World Traveler” depending on where you look from?)

I even went back and tried FM5 and that doesn’t track anything either either.

I have been playing other games on my Xbox One X since this problem started, notably the Mass Effect series and Far Cry 5. Both of these are tracking and awarding achievements instantly, I checked again last night and FC5 popped immediately.

I’m really not sure what else I can do to help the situation and I don’t know who exactly to contact. Any help is appreciated as it doesn’t seem like this issue will fix itself without some assistance.

I can confirm the behaviour reported in the post above - I have tried for many MP achievements with the OP and another friend. Two of us have had normal progress and unlocked the achievements - in FM7 and FH3 - but Dave’s account simply won’t unlock anything, on his Xbox OneX or his PC. We’ve checked as many things as we can think of (we are both very experienced in the tech sector), but the only things that seem to be affected are Forza games on Dave’s account. It really does seem like a server-end issue. Really hope someone can look into this for us, it’s hugely frustrating - expecially with FH4 coming to our home region!

I have checked again and this is how things stand for the “World Traveller” award, there are many others not tracking for Forza games.

Xbox Console - World Traveller - 56%
Xbox.com - World Traveler - 100% but locked
Xbox Windows App - World Traveller - 56%
Xbox Android App - World Traveller - 0%

Any help appreciated.

Again, I can confirm all of this - it’s just bizarre, and massively frustrating. Would be great if someone could even say “Not Turn10, it’s Microsoft”, or “Nothing we can do to fix it” - but not knowing is driving us crazy.
