Forza Livery Time-lapse Video Guide
This guide is to help you to record time-lapse footage of livery and Vinyl Groups using the Xbox Game DVR. However, you will still need to edit and render your captured video in Editing Software to create the actual Time-lapse by speeding up or reversing the captured content.
Recording Style
-
Rapid Deletion
(To be edited to play in reverse using Video Editing Software)
After finishing your design, ungroup all groups into separate layers, and then manually delete each layer rapidly with the X button while recording with the Xbox Game DVR or External Capture Device - You may want to keep complex logos grouped or split into smaller elements as the may not be seen too well in the final video, Unless you choose to zoom in with the editor camera of course. -
Live Recording
(To be edited to playback at up to 4x, 8x or 16x speed using Video Editing Software)
While creating your masterpiece, record 5-10-minute segments using the Xbox Game DVR or External Capture Device.
