FORZA MOTORSPORT 7 WINDOWS 10 WILL NOT LOAD AND PLAY

As above iam rather mad forza 7 will not load then play on Windows 10 .
I bought the pre order and didnt get to play it till release day ok no problem
it download to xbox one and plays have not noticed any major issues but i am half blind at moment.

So Windows 10 , Downloaded installed to my laptop (wow big install) and when you try to load the game a
small windows opens up and you get this message code D3D12 support code required (Code AP501) .

Had a look around and seem forza had this problem before and it tells you press a page up button.
Even that never worked window just closes .

So the reason i bought this was to play on my laptop when ill and play on xbox one down stairs when better .
But i wasted money on this game if i cant play on both how many others are having this problem ?
Can forza Help ?

have same issue can find anything on it, checked versions and all still nothing dunno when loading… then just vanishes

Guys, what graphics card do you have? is it directx12 compatible?

I have amd radeon hd6870 and yes my version is correct and feature level is 11.0

Too low i think, tho system-requirements states “DirectX 12 API, Hardware Feature Level 11”

It has 1GB VRAM, you need at least 2GB VRAM according to forza 7 system-requirements… this card does not have enough VRAM texture memory.

if you do a google search you find this has happened on other forza games forza 6 for one and the work around thats not fixed is hold down thepage up key when you see the quit tab then its supose to work . This does not work on f7 .
Mircosoft not interested its a forza problem BUT forza not doing poop is i wasted on money ive been ripped off .
From now on no digital down loads i will buy the game disc and play on the xbox only if theres issues you can take it back.
i will not be buying another forza so let and no reply come on .

Well,it would help if you said what the specs are.

i have same on xbox one it will not load anything other then the turn 10 intro.

Does that mean that my xbox doesn’t have the right specs?
