Why isn’t this version of the game available anymore? Just got the money lol and it isn’t there. It was the best bundle, Forza 6 plus ALL DLC, something the "ultimate edition: doesn’t have.

Be nice if they’d make a “Platinum Edition” available at day one that promises to include any and all upcoming DLC.
That is assuming they have all the DLC planned out day one which they may not. That is probably the reason they do not offer that.
Doesn’t stop them offering a version of the game that has a pass to contain all car packs and expansion passes that are released though.
It has become common practice across the industry to try and make as much money as possible with DLC’s as long as the market will tolerate. They should all take a good hard look at Rockstar. I continue to get new content for GTAV and have never paid a dime for any of it, though admittedly they have gotten me for a few shark cards! The GTA online community is thriving over three years since release and I believe it is all because of the way the company responds to the commnity.
I stopped playing GTA 5 once they stopped adding anything to singleplayer, it became abundantly clear that they’re going to milk the online portion for as long as they can. If GTA 6 is just an online focused game, which I get the feeling it will be, I’ll be staying clear of it.

it does not include the car packs released after the Car Pass ended
