The Forza Motorsport 6: Apex just came out of BETA which was recently announced. Today I noticed the game isn’t listed in my games recently played list. When I go through all the games I have played to find my achievements earned this game doesn’t show up via the Xbox app on Windows 10 or Xbox.com website when I log into my account. I did open the game and checked afterwards to see if the game would appear in the list but it still did not show up. Luckly, Forza still saved all of my game progress that I have made prior the update to Forza Mortorsport 6: Apex. It was listed in my games played before the update. Anyone else missing the game in the list?
I just installed FM6 yesterday and have the same problem - nothing showing in the Xbox App on Windows 10

I bought Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate and I thought I’ll install Apex to get familiar with Xbox App on PC and to see how it all works. I was so optimistic about new MS vision of PC gaming but that was quickly shattered when I started experience problem after problem.
Achievements aren’t working. Apparently that could be caused by having turned off Telemetry process, so I turned it back on again (btw, why does playing games even require such process to be running?!). After lots of trial and error I managed to get 1 achievement to pop up when I pressed on Forza Hub button inside main menu. That’s the only achievement I ever saw in Apex and tried to get various other achievements.
That one achievement I saw to pop up never registered with Xbox App. In Xbox App I don’t see Apex in recent games list, I don’t see Apex in Achievement Feed. When I click on Apex in My Games I don’t see any achievements or anything for this game, unlike all my Xbox One games that show achievements etc.
This is such a horrible first experience for me and it instantly reminded me of Games for Windows Live failure. It’s painfully obvious that PC gaming is still 2nd or even 3rd rate for Microsoft.
Thank you ManteoMax, I look at #3 in the link you provided and submit a survey. I also contacted Xbox Support via Twitter and they directed me to this forum and post here with my issue. I’m glad it isn’t just me. Hopefully they can fix this.
I made a few screenshots to show my problem.
Forza Apex doesn’t appear in “recently played” section in Xbox App.
When I right click on it in my games I get “something went wrong”.
When I left click on it there is nothing. No achievements list, no info.
Doesn’t appear in all game achievements list.
All my Xbox One games show up just fine in Xbox App. What’s going on? Is this because I installed game on D: drive?
@Glotorange, I get exactly the same results as you (and I installed on the C drive in default location)
Mine is installed on Drive E: and does not show up in the Recently Played list in the X box App even though I have played today. It does show in the My Games tab and will run from there, but nothing shows in the Achievements tab.
Experiencing the same problem here, hopefully it’s a known bug.
Same problem here. I have all the achievements and none of them show up, even though my Gamerscore still includes the 1000G from it. Annoyingly it’s also deleted all my shared clips and screenshots, and all other info about it in the few places it still shows up on the Xbox App give errors.

Exactly the same issue as Glotorange, no achievements, missing from Recently Played. I had disabled the GameDVR because it made CSGO extra laggy, but re-enabling it didn’t seem to fix the issue and the overlay wasn’t even working anyway.

Some developments. If I go to xbox.com and view my profile there I can see my Fora Apex achievements at the bottom.
That is the only place I can see any mention of Apex achievements. There is still nothing about it in Xbox App. And when I was playing the game I only ever saw 1 achievement pop up, but I already have 4 unlocked.
I think something went very wrong when this game left BETA few days ago, I didn’t have game while it was in BETA so I can’t be sure, but if you read OP that’s when he started having problems.
Yeah I also unlocked an achievement yesterday. Interestingly, clicking on an achievement name to jump to the details also gives an error on Xbox.com.
Never had any issues before the beta though. If I have some time I’ll try to reset my PC this weekend to check if it’s a broken artifact from the 1607 update but it seems to be a server error so it might just be pointless.
I tried to reinstall F6 Apex, reset the Xbox app, even the Xbox beta app and nothing works.
It’s not the update or the game, it’s a problem on Xbox Live’s end. I had deferred the 1607 update until last night and on 1511 I had all of the problems described in this thread. I updated to 1607 and downloaded the new Apex update and they’re still there, and viewing my profile on the website on my Windows 8.1 laptop or Android phone is exactly the same - no sign of Apex.

I found and opened XboxLiveApp.log and it’s filled with errors related to Forza Apex. I don’t think there’s anything we can fix ourselves and need for developers of the game and Xbox App to fix this.
You can find this log file inside C:\Users<username>\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.XboxApp_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\

wow nice find, not that many errors on my side but a few ones about Apex that indeed point to a server issue. An interesting one at that, like Apex disappeared from the Xbox servers.
Disappointing, I preordered FH3 and was looking forward to try and complete Apex before it comes out.
Interestingly, Exophase can list the F6 Apex achievements including ones I’ve unlocked after the Xbox app crapped itself which is good
You can still track your achievements and progress using Forza Rewards
